"I have learned so much about myself - although these were all ‘things’ that I already ‘knew’ or recognized about myself, it has made me see them in a whole new and beneficial light. By having this bigger awareness of myself, I now feel I have a better understanding of how I can apply myself as a leader in the workplace and what I need to do to work on the areas I need to improve on. Not only that, but my communication skills have benefited a lot from this course.
